Not a place I would stay again.
First off the disclosures were not shared until after the booking through hotels.com where we found we have to pay for additional people over 6 even though the house sleeps 14. We tried to cancel but the “owner” doesn’t issue refunds since we booked it and we were traveling within 4 days so no refunds. The is very misleading and felt very bait and switch to me. The mattresses are thin and the bed frames are cheap. So if you roll over on the bed the beds shakes/squeaks, whether it’s the bunk or a Queen it’s all the same. The washer was broken, but if we wanted to leave we could do laundry at a laundromat for free (per the note on washer we did not try). The area the house is in, is questionable, and I would not stay in this area normally. The pro’s the house was clean, painted, and recently remodeled and a quick drive to the riverwalk, but you then have to pay for parking, I recommend just staying on the riverwalk, you will get better service, up front cost regardless of the number of people you have staying there and you don’t have to drive after a long day being in the heat. There is only 1 parking spot so if you have more than 1 car you will need to stay on the street.
