El hotel es verdaderamente hermoso, y su excelente ubicación, junto con la deliciosa oferta de la cafetería y el buen desayuno, fueron aspectos muy positivos. Sin embargo, el servicio en el desayuno resultó ser lento en varias ocasiones, lo que nos llevó a buscar alternativas en restaurantes cercanos para agilizar nuestras actividades. Lamentablemente, el servicio al cliente en la recepción fue deficiente, lo que afectó significativamente nuestra experiencia. Particularmente, la empleada Kenia mostró una actitud poco profesional y falta de conocimiento sobre los servicios y la información local. A pesar de la intimidad que ofrecen las 16 habitaciones del hotel, no recibimos un trato personalizado. Por ejemplo, al solicitar un horario de limpieza flexible para nuestra habitación (número 2), la respuesta fue abrupta. Asimismo, no se repuso el agua ni las cápsulas de café después del primer día, y al pedir asistencia con el transporte, se nos indicó que lo buscáramos por nuestra cuenta. La información sobre lugares para cenar y puntos de interés locales también fue insuficiente. Es una pena que la primera impresión del hotel, a cargo del personal de recepción, no haya sido la esperada. Cabe señalar que la camarista sí se disculpó por la falta de agua y café en una ocasión, y apreciamos su atención. No obstante, nuestra habitación no 2
