Great location quick access to the beach complimentary beach towels and beach chaira have to request at front desk or they will charge on the beach. Great location not far from supermarket perfect to keep snacks in your room since you have a kitchenette or kitchen based on room size.

I thought I was getting a 1 bdrm with a balcony, but after checking in and going to my room I discovered that my room didn’t have one. I spoke with the front desk and was told that I would get a call the next day and they would let me know if one became available. I never received the call. On my 3rd night there a killed a Roach in the bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know and to have someone come up to spray. I was told that I needed to change rooms so they come have a company come out to spray. My husband and I moved rooms at 2:30a.m. And went to a room that had dirty floors. We had to turn around and go back to the previous room and someone came up and sprayed some bug spray and said they would have housekeeping come up the next day. I asked for housekeeping to clean the room and sweep and mop the floors. I left the next day and came back to a room that had not been cleaned. I had to ask for them to come back to empty the trash. I’m guessing they sprayed the room??? I was promised compensation for my troubles but didn’t receive anything at check out. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Oh did I say that I was told that a bug was in my room because of the climate???

I pleasant stay

It was a beautiful place. The staff was extremely nice. We did have a hiccup on the 1st 2 nights but over all a very nice establishment. Omar the engineer was out of this world. Ivy the manager was extremely accommodating. The front desk staff was courteous, and kind. I will go back. The rooms look just as the sight picture. The room was extremely clean. My husband was a commercial cleaner and this place was top notch.

Everything went great from checkin to just the stay and even check out. It was a sweet and smooth process, the staff were kind patient and professional which I appreciate it very much being that I travel often and I’ve came across unpleasant experiences is in my past. One the reasons I’ll definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico. Have already recommended 4 people. Thank you all!

This property is very nice and updated. We stayed in the ocean view room. The view of the surrounding properties was horrible. As I was looking at a partial oven view I seen two hotels on each side that looked horrible. Absolutely killed the view.

The air conditioning went out 2 nights and they did nothing to fix it. No one picks up phone at the front desk when you call from the room. The hot tub is not warm at all. They charge $20 a day for parking and it was not listed as a charge upfront. No one at the front desk was helpful about the air-conditioning. They offered marriot points and never gave them. The power went out for 2 days as well and nothing was done about it. You have a 1 block walk to the beach. This hotel is not as listed online. It was definitely sub par for the amount we paid. Would never recommend or stay here again.

I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much different than the pool temp, which is also cold. The shower in the room has a rain head. That's it. So unless you plan on washing your hair everyday, it's hard to shower with this abusive shower head. And lastly, the towel/ wash cloth situation. We stayed 7 nights. I asked on day 4 for fresh bathroom items and finally on day 7 we got fresh wash clothes and towels. They also lacked in the pool towels. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. But I do hope they fix those few things.

Guest service is the WORST ..First off....we tried to upgrade our room and was told we had to contact Expedia....The Hotel manager said that we could upgrade as long as Expedia agreed ...that she would do it for for another amount per day(additional)...once Expedia agreed Ivy the hotel manager changed everything saying that Expedia didn't have INVENTORY but they did for way more a night and we would have to cancel our original reservation.....and the attitude was obnoxious....2nd thing...the air was extremely cold the first night....I called front desk...they said ok....after about an hour with no change...I went down to the front desk and asked again...the receptionist proceeded to tell me what the could do....so I proceeded to tell them what they were going to do because I was a paying customer and I was not staying for free... After a little back and forth (which was not necessary) the did what I asked of them....and they have a habit of looking at you with a stank face(caught the night receptionist looking at me) ...I'm all...the hotel itself is nice, but be careful when reserving if you reserve on Expedia because the picture is a little deceiving....but the receptionist and the Hotel manager Ivy was not accommodating....just be careful...
