El personal es muy acogedor. Omaira siempre estuvo atenta a responder a nuestras solicitudes y el personal de cocina fue muy atento. Nos sentimos como en casa. El concepto de integración del hotel con la naturaleza es muy relajante. La vista panorámica está adornada con el cantar de los pájaros que pasan en bandada a situarse en los arboles cercanos. Les recomendaría prestar mucha atención a la limpieza en general y especialmente la de los baños y a la cantidad de agua disponible allí.

La habitacion la entregaron con el piso sucio, el AA es muy pequeño para el tamañano de la habitacion, no enfriaba suficiente. La habitacion se llena de bichos por las noches ya que las puertas no cierran bien. Las chicas muy amables, el desayuno bueno.
