Spacious room in a great location. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and we slept well in our beds. Requesting an extra pillow was no problem. Very service minded and friendly staff. The only downside was the non-functioning pool and the somewhat outdated fitness facilities. A lot of the machines were down due to maintenance issues.

Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war.

Jeg giver samlet vurdering: 3 stjerner ud af 5. Hotellet ligger fantastisk. Personalet er i top. Vi fik dog værelse 361 med stor King size dobbeltseng. Desværre var madrassen meget slidt, hvilket gav sit udtryk ved, at den var ekstremt blød i siderne og nærmest havde en "bakke" på midten - eller var hård på midten. Meget ubekvemt at ligge på. Vi var der i 4 nætter. Jeg klagede efter nat 2, hvor jeg havde sovet dårligt. Nat 3 var bedre. De må have "motioneret" madrassen, så den blev mere jævn i fyldet?? Efter nat 4 var madrassen ringere igen. Den SKAL udskiftes !!! Det er virkelig et dejligt hotel. Ærgerligt at en madras skal spolere helhedsoplevelsen !!!

Rom var rent,frøkost veldig fin,variert.Vinduer mot elven på spisesal manglet vask.Støy fra fulle migranter utenfor vekket oss på rommet i 1 etasje flere ganger om natten.Det kan ikke hotell kontrollere,men det var leit.Om kvelden det er flere "rare "mennesker som drikker ute og skrikker.
