Für ein 5* Hotel haben wir mehr erwartet. In 4 Tagen (3 Nächte) wurde unser Zimmer nie gereinigt bzw. zumindest die Handtücher getauscht. Frühstück bot recht wenig Auswahl für eben 5* und wurde zum Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Das Gym ist recht klein und bietet nicht viel. Der Multitower ist aber recht okay. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant am Abend

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, Wellnessbereich ist großzügig, schöner innen und außen Pool. Die Zimmer geräumig zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Fazit: für mich ein gutes 4 Sterne Hotel , für den 5. Stern sind noch einige Modernisierungen notwendig, aber man sieht das daran gearbeitet wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, insbesondere durch die tolle ruhige Lage. Parkähnliche Anlage, schöner Outdoor-Pool, leckeres Frühstück. Personal im Restaurant und auf der Anlage sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption leider nicht. Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten mal eine Überarbeitung. Keine Lüftung oder Klimaanlage, keine Möglichkeit vernünftig zu lüften, bei warmem Wetter war an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Unser Economy-Zimmer war direkt neben/über den Technik-Räumen für Aufzug und Schwimmbad gelegen, die ganze Nacht über technische Geräusche wie von einem Lüfter oder Pumpe. Lieber ein paar Euro mehr für die nächste Kategorie ausgeben. Fazit: Anlage und Frühstück entschädigen für die eher unterdurchschnittlichen Zimmer.

Deutlich überteuert für den Zustand

Der hohe Preis von ca. 370€ die Nacht, ist leider überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Lage ist nicht optimal und es gibt leider erheblichen Reparatur- und Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsbedarf. Sich als Spa Hotel zu bezeichnen und noch nicht mal Bademäntel in den Zimmern vorzuhalten passt leider genauso wenig wie grüne Ablagerungen im Whirlpoolbereich. Man liegt im Whirlpool und kann leider nur aufzählen was dort an ausgebauten Lampen und modrigem Holz so alles gemacht werden muss. Die Fahrstühle des 80er-Jahre Betonbaus haben scheinbar noch nie eine Modernisierung erhalten, was immerhin im Einklang mit den Fliesen der Bäder ist. Unverständlich ist in letzteren, dass die scheinbar mal vorhandenen Handtuchhalter nicht ersetzt wurden, als es mal ein neues Waschbecken gab.

Wir waren zu viert (Baby und Kind 4 J.) und hatten ein wunderschön großes Zimmer. Es gab einen separaten Raum, in dem die Koffer aufbewahrt werden konnten. Ein riesen Pluspunkt war der Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Ideal für Babys. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück wurde am zweiten Tag der Tisch vom Vortag gedeckt (wir hatten wieder einen Hochstuhl bekommen und wurden mit den Worten "Ihr Tisch steht für sie bereit." begrüßt). Der Innenpool war gegen 19 Uhr immer leer, wir hatten ihn also für uns alleine. Ebenso den Whirlpool. Man muss dazu sagen, wir waren im Mai eine Woche vor Pfingsten im Hotel. Alles in allem, wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Hvorfor har hotellet 5 stjerner?

Vi ankom, fulde af forventninger, men der var ingen bagagevogn, ej heller hjælp til transport af bagagen. Værelset fremstod slidt, og sengene var meget hårde. Der var en defekt elkedel, den blev skiftet efter 28 timer og 3 gentagelser, og døren til badeværelset var hullet. Spa området var nedslidt, med afskallinger af malingen og rustpletter på inventar. Der ud over var der delvis automatisk tænd sluk funktioner af lyset, såvel på værelset som i gangarealer. Facaderne fremstod nedslidte, og en lampe på trappen var ved at falde ned. Der var næsten altid 3 personer i receptionen, hvortil man kan spørge ; Hvorfor?. Vi har besøgt en del 5 stjernede hoteller i Tyskland, og overordnet set, kan hotellet slet ikke måle sig med de andre. Hotellet lå desuden underligt malplaceret, langt fra strandmiljøet og langt fra alt andet, af seværdighed. Alt i alt må man spørge sig. Hvordan kan Hotels.com give hotellet, en sådan anbefaling? Vi kommer ikke igen. 3 stjernet oplevelse, med 4 stjernet morgenmad.

Manglende krise-styring og kommunikation.

Aalernhus er et dejligt hotel, men da vi besøgte hotellet var vi udsat for en brandalarm og efterfølgende evakuering. Der var - øjensynligt - tale om en teknisk fejl, men hotel-personalet informerede ikke om at hotellet igen var sikkert. Det bevirkede at vores datter var så nervøs at hun ikke sov den efterfølgende nat. Kunne personalet ikke have kommunikeret dette?

Tolles Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern. Lediglich die Sauberkeit des Balkons hätte besser sein können. Außerdem wäre eine dritte Sitzgelegenheit schön, wenn das Zimmer mit bis zu drei Personen Buchner ist. Schöne Poolbereiche und tolles Frühstück!
