Lovely property with a yard filled with flowers and a view of the water from the front. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of with our late arrival. A spectacular location and the owner operators genuinely care for their guests experience. The property is old and definitely has some items that could use some updating however, everything was functional and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (favorite was the crustless quiche) and the coffee was perfect as well. Looking forward to my next visit!

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast yogurt parfait was delicious with the OJ and coffee. I would suggest bringing your own conditioner and hair dryer if you need them. We didn’t ask but didn’t see any in the room. We drove a Tesla and there was a charger down the road we were able to use and charge overnight. We would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely spot with a delightful garden. The staff was very accommodating. However, I am 5’8’ and when I sat on the toilet, my knees were up against the wall-mounted heater. Kim, Ian and team are fantastic hosts. We were warmly greeted on arrival and immediately noticed how nice the property is. Our room was spotless, modern, comfortable and inviting. Each room is different, and I'd suggest calling if you have questions about any of them. Breakfasts were great - served to us in our room (or outside if we wanted), right on time, hearty and delicious. The location is an easy walk to all the spots in Mendocino you'd want to get to - the cliffs along the ocean, shopping, and great restaurants. The location is pretty much right in the middle of all of those walks. We highly recommend!
