Upon arrival, the room had dust and leftover trash from previous guests, and there was visible black mold near the ventilation system. The overall condition of the hotel felt worn and poorly maintained. Service in both the bar and reception was unhelpful and unfriendly, which added to the negative impression. On a more positive note, the breakfast restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast itself was decent. Unfortunately, the positives did not outweigh the overall poor experience.
