Recently renovated. The room had a great view of the river. The location is great. It is walking distance to a lot of shopping and sightseeing. The only downside is that we can smell cigarettes in our room. It comes through the AC. There is no way to avoid it. I would be able to stay there again due to that one thing.

Dryers were a bit slow to dry but there were 2washers and 2 dryers and we were able to wash 2 loads of clothes without having to wait. Good location. Very walkable to all Guilin highlights. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night.

A notre arrivée, la 1è impression de lobby et son alentour ne correspondent pas par rapport à leur site internet. Heureusement que le service de l’accueil était plus que cordial et rassurant car l'hôte nous faisait le tour de nos chambres avant que nous prenions décision de rester chez eux. Il n’y a donc pas un sentiment d’arnaque de telle sorte que nous étions finalement très satisfaits de la propreté de nos 2 chambres.
