Beautiful property. Great spot in the city center. Room was huge, offering king bed, kitchen, family room area, perfect view of Acropolis, plus a hot tub!! Fantastic communication, early checkin, concierge service.

Quality and comfort

The sheer quality, size of rooms puts this small hotel in the five star category. I don’t think I’ve stayed in such a well equipped and luxurious room. The roof terrace with its beautiful view was a little oasis of calm and greenery. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Approx 20 mins walk to the main sites. Would def stay here again.

Highly Recommend – Stunning Views and Exceptional

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel exceeded all expectations — the view was simply incredible, like something out of a dream. The jacuzzi experience was next-level, truly unforgettable and so relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was perfect. The staff made us feel right at home with their warmth and professionalism. One tip: definitely order the breakfast in the room — it’s 100% worth it. Waking up to that view with a delicious spread brought to the room was the cherry on top. Can’t wait to come back!

Must stay apartment hotel in Athens

We stayed in the suite with Parthenon view, which was gorgeous. The room decoration was stunning, good comfort, very nice staff, and close walking distance to Plaka and Akropolis. Can highly recommend Monastik Living.

Perfect Athens hotel

We absolutely adored this hotel. It is genuinely one of the most beautifully designed hotels we've stayed at on holiday, with lovely touches throughout (including a really nice gift basket on arrival). The view from the roof was extraordinary - even better than in the photos.

I normally do not leave reviews but thought I would here for this property! Amazing is all I can say - Fabulous - Awesome! This property is in a great location, the staff are so helpful and very responsive via WhatsAPP when not in the building. There is not a "reception desk" but you are greeted by the staff working there upon arrival. You can check in the day before, which is so convenient. Upon arrival to your room you have a gift basket in the room and are shown around. Room was great with an amazing view. There is alot of traffic you can here even with the doors/windows closed but they do offer you an eye mask and ear plugs in the room and I was so tired from wandering around it did not matter once I laid down. I would like to make sure that I let you know about a few things, that for me it was not important and made no difference but I do know for some this will matter. On the link through Expedia it shows there is laundry and spa, these are available but there is not a laundry or spa on site - these are two locations that are outsourced through. The spa can come to the room and then the laundry is something where the company can come and pick up and you pay by weight. This location is in a great location and you can literally walk everywhere within 15 mins of the hotel. Great great great hotel, great location and great staff who all offered recommendations from the beginning! I will pick this location again! Thank you so much for the great vacation that was much needed!

We can’t wait to come back again this place is 10/10 and we would highly recommended Monastik Living Athina. The staff restaurant recommendations were excellent, transportation and places to see was excellent as well. The unit is about a year old and very well maintained and upscale appliances as well as very comfortable bedding and sheets. There is a small kitchen and appliances. We stayed for week A family of 5 2 suites and we had an amazing experience. The staff were amazing and, friendly and accessible at all times. I read a weeks worth of reviews before booking and Monastik Living Athina checked all our boxes!!!

Awesome architectural Detail - Irene was great

This is a B&B. Close to everything, meaning writhin a 10 minute walk. Irene was our greeter and host. She was awesome awesome. She makes the guests feel welcome. Our room and architectural design was frankly incredible. The details were so well thought out. The only downside was that the jet tub is not a hot tub. I give it a 9 out of 10, only because of the jet tub temperature, that makes it almost nonusable in the winter. The hotel street is also a bit broken up. But net net. The room was excellent. The security was solid. And the staff especially Irene made our stay fantastic.

Spectacular stay near the acropolis. We walked everywhere. Felt safe. So many restaurants, shops and adventures to get to from our location. Had a beautiful and amazing view from our balcony and rooms of the Parthenon and Acropolis. The hot tub added extra awesome experience in the evenings. An elevator right into our room was unique. Private. Secure. Had everything from coffee, to robes, a full kitchen and more. I highly recommend this place.

Simply stunning

What a brilliant hotel. Well located - just out of the over touristy area so an easy walk but a bit more local. The hotel is gorgeous and the roof terrace stunning!!! The team there are friendly and proactive. I love they connected with me in WhatsApp before and during. It felt really personal and they were so responsive to every question. The rooms are simply beautiful and the quality of finishes throughout is super high end. A work of art. Would highly highly recommend!
