A simple room, delicious Japanese style breakfast available to fuel your sightseeing! No frills hotel but comfortable and easy for walking to interesting locations.

Hotel itself has a great restaurant inside and all the smaller ammenities you would need for a short or long stay. Room was comfortable for two people, but the walls are thin so just know that you will hear people from time to time. Lucky to have the place to stay at overall.

Our stay at Hotel Cuore was okay. The room was quite dirty, enough that we had to ask them to clean it again. There were never any clean towels to use so used the the same ones for 4 days. The public baths were broken and out of service. However the staff was nice and the location is excellent!

1) Fridge was not cold at all 2) Public bath was out of service and it doesn't seem that the hotel owner planned to renovate anytime soon 3) There was only one room key 4) The drying machine was not cleaned/maintained properly by the staff, so our clothes were still wet after an hour's drying. We paid about 40,000 yen per night for this terrible service and facility, and I'm wondering why the hotel has the audacity to claim itself a 3-star?

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. C’est le pire dans lequel nous ayons séjourné durant nos vacances alors que c’était le plus cher dans sa catégorie. Les points positifs : chambre spacieuse, bien décorée, literie confortable, salle de bain bien équipée et localisation proche d’une gare. Cela justifie, à contrecœur, les deux étoiles. Les points négatifs : chambre sale (poussières mal nettoyées), insonorisation médiocre, énorme ouverture dans le bas de la porte de la salle de bain. Hospitalité inexistante et communication interpersonnelle déplorable. À notre arrivée, nous n’avons même pas reçu les informations de base (code wifi par exemple) et seulement une clé pour deux. On nous a donné une liste de tout ce qui serait sanctionné par des frais ou payant. Pas de dosettes de café ni de thé non plus. Réponse : « vous pouvez en acheter à l’extérieur ». Ce genre de service est pourtant basique dans la plupart des hôtels. Concernant les valises via Takkyubin : ils acceptaient de les réceptionner, mais refusaient de les envoyer. Malgré notre demande préalable pour qu’ils gardent un peu nos valises après le check-out (acceptée), à notre retour pour les récupérer, nous avons failli ne pas les avoir, et l’accueil a été déplorable. Enfin, on nous a demandé de régler notre note par lien internet alors que l’heure limite du check-out n’était même pas encore passée. En résumé, cet hôtel privilégie la rentabilité sur l’hospitalité. Nous gardons un souvenir amer de ce séjour.

Super séjour !

J’ai passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné. La chambre était propre et grande (pour le Japon c’est rare aussi grande). La wifi marchait très bien. J’ai pu stocker mes bagages après le Check-out gratuitement plusieurs heures. La localisation est bien, vous avez pleins de choses à proximité donc une ligne hyper pratique et des restaurants et markets (7/11,Family Mart etc). Devant l’hôtel vous avez des trottinettes et vélos pour vous déplacer (en location). Si vous avez le sommeil léger prenez des bouchons (petit soufflement de l’aération et parfois on entend les voisins dans le couloir) mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel.

建物部屋共にきれいでした。最低限の設備はありますが、個人的にインスタントのお茶やコーヒーが備え付けられて無かったのが残念でした。ベッド横にコンセントが無いのも少し不便でした。湯船にお湯を溜めたのですが、お湯がぬるくて入ると少し寒い……これ冬だと辛いなぁーと思いました。でも、部屋も綺麗だし静かだったので寝るのに不便なくすごせました。

Bien placé mais c'est tout

Hôtel idéalement place et à un prix raisonnable. Cependant comme dit dans les autres avis, l'accueil est désagréable, de plus ayant un petit restaurant à l'entrée l'odeur de graillon est forte. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse cependant la literie est mauvaise et nous avons des cheveux (pas les nôtres évidemment) un peu partout. En bref, si vous cherchez un logement bien placé et vous n'êtes pas tatillons c'est l'endroit pour vous.

飯店出口往左方向步行約5分鐘, 即可到達四條大宮站, 平價的住宿, 沒有早餐, 四條大宮站週圍很熱鬧, 吃的一堆, 有生鮮超市, 便利商店, 麥當勞, 松屋及咖啡店..飯店設備很新, 飯店內有戶外吸煙區, 及附設餐廳,房間乾淨, 備品在1樓電梯旁, 可自行取用, 浴缸很大, 室內空間打開兩個行李箱, 還很寬廣~房間內有窗戶, 是外推式的, 室內暖氣如果太悶熱可以微開透氣~遇上京都下雪, 完美的旅程~很推這間飯店, 很棒👍

こうであったら嬉しい

部屋全体が少し暗い。調節が出来るなり、手元ライトがどこかにあったらよかった。 40代半ばぐらいになると老眼に入ってくるので化粧やスマホが見にくくなるんです。 後、リセッシュとか化粧水とか乳液とかのアメニティがあったら嬉しかった。 その他は部屋もキレイで普通に過ごしやすかったです。
