Good value per dollar. Access to room and beach access were easy. Beach was closer than we expected. Some small maintenances issues slightly dampened our stay--burned out lights, poorly hung picture (which fell) and poor toilet-paper rack, but these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable setting.

Condo was absolutely nasty. Called the night of check-in and was told we could submit pictures the next day, since there was no actual person available that night. Manager I dealt with next day, was of very little help. After many conversations and pictures, someone above her approved to get the cost of the property, just the property, back, but no fees from hotels.com, no other cost or help was offered. Very rude and seemed unconcerned about the nasty conditions and broken door. Actually offered to have a pole jammed in the patio door to “keep it shut”. This seemed like many safety concerns. Very dissatisfied. Still haven’t received our refund, apparently the system is down.

Clean and great location on the beach and near the bike entrance to Gulf State Park. Liked that there was 2 full baths. The one pool was heated.

Could not get in the room with the code they sent . Had to call , took about 30 minutes for them to answer the , I couldn’t get it opened with the codes he tells me to use , he had to call someone else . Finally got in after an hour and a half. Was disappointed with the bed they had in there . It was supposed to be an ocean front view. Not have to lean over the balcony to see the ocean . The room was semi clean . Was disappointed in the room .

This was our 3rd trip to gulf shores/orange beach area. For the price and reason for visit it was ok, we managed. Bathroom upstairs is really small but the shower pressure is awesome. The upstairs could definitely use some remodeling, new commode, new floor in bathroom, new mattress, box spring and frame for bed. The mattress upstairs is squeaky and uncomfortable, u can feel every single movement. We came from TN for basketball tournaments in gulf shores so like I said for the price and reason for our visit it was ok.

I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. Balcony facing east was the perfect size for 2 chairs & a little table. As the pictures show, there is a beach view to the side. The bedroom closet was huge, as far as condo closets go. No unpleasant surprises except that the sliding glass door was hard to open/close. There is no door to the bedroom upstairs, so you can hear the downstairs TV up there. The downstairs TV is up high on the wall, a little awkward, but hopefully you'll have other things to do for most of your time here. The beach at this spot is deep, plenty of room between the dune line and the shore to play, walk, etc... Stopping to pay extra for a parking pass is really annoying. But it is great parking under the building, completely shaded & and guarded by security. I've paid more for less appealing parking, the parking guard was super pleasant, and we didn't have to wait for someone to bring the car back, so it's a very minor complaint. The info sent to me had 2 numbers and we weren't sure which was the unit #. We guessed wrong at first & spent a few mins trying to get into the wrong condo. The reservation said there's no elevator but that's not entirely accurate. There is one to get up to the door but just not inside the condo to get up to the bedroom. You will not need to carry your stuff up stairs to get to condo door.

NO EMAIL OR TEXT WITH CHECK-IN INDTTUCYIONS!!It took number’s phone calls the hotels.com and finally to Vacasa management company to receive the condo number and the code to get in. Very frustrating. It was 45 minutes on the phone and the day we were to check in. We still never received an email to either email address that we sent including the one you’re using right now

Pros: The overall facility was well kept, tenants and staff were so friendly, they had great pools, and access to the beach and the room had a fan, which for me is a huge plus! Cons: there was mold/mildew in the air vents, behind toilet on the floor, the sheets didn't fit the sofa bed, which was horribly uncomfortable, the cable didn't work, so we had no way to watch TV. , several outlets didn't work, the ceiling was dusty., no late check out, all the items in the condo were functional, minus the cable, but very cheap.

We stayed in beachfront condo, the view was absolutely beautiful! Nice and quiet, easy parking. I booked through Expedia for 6 nights, paid for 6 nights. I received an email from the Property management (Vacasa) that we would be leaving after 5 nights. Called Expedia and they assured me we were there 6 nights. Never heard back from Expedia but did receive an email that we were out a day earlier than I had paid for. We had 4 women over the age of 65 looking for a place to relocate for one night. We had a couple women with air flights leaving after our 6 night. The last day of our vacation the 4 of us ended up in a Marriott Hotel in Pensacola(closer to airport) that had visible algae growing in their pool. I never thought I would go to Florida stay in a Marriott Hotel and not want to use their pool because it was not clean!! I’ve been home for a week and I have not received anything about who’s refunding my 6th night rental. Not sure whose mistake this was but neither are taking responsibility, therefore I’ll be on the phone AGAIN trying to get this resolved. So wish people would do there jobs and do them correctly!

Property is dated and is in need of updates and maintenance---Unit had several issues when we arrived including the glass shower door being off track and allowing shower water to run out on to the bathroom floor, the couch is old and looks like it make break in half at any time, the granite counter has a long crack in the middle of it and the washer was out of service when we arrived. Some items were fixed on day 2 and the washer was fixed on day 3 however the mgmt co entered the room without prior notice to us on day 3! Location is great though.

Upon our arrival the couch and a deck chair were broken as well as dirty dishes in the cabinets. The shower door was not on the sliding track of the glass doors, leaking water on the floor. It was just small things but it is very accessible to the beach and in a great location.

The condos were nice, they’re beach front with three pools and a small kids pool. Our particular unit had a bedbug issue which the rental management company dealt with us about. We discovered the bugs on our last night and up until then, we enjoyed the trip.
