It was not very close to the main area of Broadway without walking through a very industrial area. I missed the note about entering the building. If this building was in a closer area it would be amazing. It was a full apartment, clean and quiet.

Everything was wonderful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable as far as sitting on the couch. The bed was awesome. Just overall comfortable and loved the decor. Elevators were awesome and efficient. Great location to be picked up by uber. 10/10

This place was very clean! The kitchen area has a garage door in it which was pretty cool! It was well stocked with soaps and shampoos. My only complaint would be the road noise as there are major roads nearby. Some trucks would come by in the early morning and apply their j-brake which was so loud. We would recommend this place as it is close to downtown Nashville.

Ants in the Kitchen

The location and area around this place is nice and easy to get around. The apartment was comfortable for 4 adults but unfortunately there is an ant problem in the kitchen. When we arrived there were a few ants in the corner of the kitchen counter but when we woke up the next day they were all over the kitchen counter. Tried to contact support on Vacasa and never heard back from them. Besides the ants, this place was worth the stay.

Even though it was by the highway and i consider myself a light sleeper it was totally fine i slept like a baby. Of all our friend groups who came into town for vacation that stayed at other hotels or condos this one was the nicest. Very clean inside and out. The parking situation kinda sucked once i got a spot in the parking garage i was scared to leave it and lose my spot. The property should have a secondary option or atleast some advice like hey you can park publicly in this other garage thats only a half mile away etc would be my only recommendation to the property cause if i knew there was other spots to park within walking distance even if i had to pay for them i would have been cool with it. Oh and only other thing was MORE TOWELS in the room. i had to use the same towel 2 nights in a row cause that was my only option an nobody at the front desk to help.

The property is a short drive from the airport. It's about a 20 minute walk from downtown - but I'd only do that walk during the day. Mostly we took Uber to come/go from The Muse property. Our room was clean and comfortable enough for a long weekend stay. There are no vending machines on site - so bring all your food, snacks and beverages. There are no drugstores or grocery stores within short walking distances. The building is noisy both from street traffic and the walls are thin. We could hear people walking on the floor above us and all around our room. Overall, our room and stay was fine. But I don't think I'd chose to stay here again due to location and acoustics of the building.

Overall, this apartment was great for our group of 7 guys in town for a boys weekend. Plenty of space to sleep and to hang out. The property is modern and everything worked properly. The location was close enough to walk to broadway and other fun areas, but out of the main huddle and bustle. On the downside, the beds were a little too soft, and there was highway noise especially apparent overnight and in the morning. What put us off though was that we found four cockroaches, which was a little disappointing in a unit and building that were new and nice. They didn’t bother us much but it was still a little unpleasant. I would recommend staying here and I would book it again. I would just ask the property managers to better manage insects.

Apartment beautiful location super close

The apartment was beautiful and close to downtown amenities. The highway produces loud noise and it sounded like street racing in the early morning hours, The parking garage’s backdoor was broken and we didn’t get access instructions until a few hours before arrival which could have been handled better. Someone tried to prop open the back door since it was broke which can be a security risk since it is located downtown. The parking garage adds up quickly but you get 50% off towards your bill. The free street parking is very limited. The concierge lady was super helpful but we only saw her Friday when we arrived. Overall we had fun in Nashville and I got to check off the Grand Ole Opry off my bucket list. ❤️❤️❤️

The Muse Emerald was fantastic, it was incredibly clean and well stocked for towels/soap/haircare/dish soap/dishwasher pods. It was a 25 minute walk from Broadway, which was a huge bonus for us being able to walk vs using Uber. The building was very safe with security downstairs at night and having locked doors 24/7. The first day it was a bit challenging to get into the building because the instructions say to input your code followed by “*” or “check mark” but in fact it was “#” for the main building doors, once we figured this out it was fine. The only negatives that we found were that there was no blackout blind in the master bedroom so it was incredibly bright at 5am which was hard for us because we travelled from another country with a time change. The only other negative was that there were no grocery stores anywhere close by, the closest one was 2.5km away so we ended up buying snacks at the gas station. Other than those minor details, the Muse was perfect and we highly recommend staying here if you are travelling to Nashville!

All reviews talking about the noise from freeway is correct. Be ready with ear plugs, headphones or something for sleep. Easy location for quick uber rides or walking. Secure building and very nice inside. Have your codes handy for entry to anything. We had two rooms. One was very clean, other not as much. Both were cute rooms and one had a pack man machine which was perfect for grandkids. Kitchen was very nice. Not much storage space for luggage as doors opened into each other. A bit awkward. No light in closet which was in bathroom and awkward to use. Large bathroom however not much counter space or any shelves for personal care or product. Our unit with 2 bedrooms would have been crowded with 4,people. Other unit worked ok for 2 adults and 3 YOUNG kids.
