Overall we loved this property and location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was very safe and secure. Most importantly, the neighborhood is amazing. Lots of great food in walking distance. It is not a very quiet area at night since there is lots going on so you can hear some noise from outside at times. Try to get a top floor here because otherwise you will hear people walking on the floor above. The park across the street was a great place to walk around at night.

All was beautiful and convenient, lack of an actual front desk notwithstanding. Communication is only through WhatsApp, so you need that if you want new towels or a room cleaning. But, right on the park, close to EVERYTHING, and a lovely touch of art deco style was the cherry on top.

The location was excellent with lots of stuff to do nearby. There’s a park in front and businesses close by midnight, which means you get a quiet good nights rest. All of the rooms were clean and the beds big enough for couples. The kitchen was equipped with necessities and the balcony offered a nice space to relax. I especially loved the rooftop - great spot to work, read, or just chat with friends.
