It was a little hard to find, but that’s more of a Google Maps problem. Enjoyed our stay, the property was quaint and felt like we were much farther away from San Marcos than the quick 10 minute drive, so we had the best of both worlds. Highly recommend!!

The property is really difficult to get to. Directions are not good. The porch and outside sitting areas qere not clean or suitable for enjoying being outside in the hill country. The inside was clean. However there was some offensive propaganda strategically placed around the house. Wimberly was close by so were the shops at the San Marcos outlet mall

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and relaxing. The Bungalow cottage is cozy and well put together. 🙂 I recommend it to anyone wanting to get away for a few days from the busy, fast paced city life.

Quiet and separated from the rest of the cabins. The A-frame loft is VERY tight on the beds, but overall, a nice experience!

When we arrived at property we were supposed to enter through the back door. The door was not closed and it looked as it had been forced open as the interior frame was pulled away from the wall. The front door did not even have a functional lock on it and could not be secured. The "private" bathroom was in the common area and the area was run down. When trying to contact the property went to voicemail. Luckily hotels.com was able to relocate us to a better place since this property was not safe to stay in. The property should be removed from reputable places to stay at. Avoid this property at all costs.

It was a very fun place to stay and a very fair price. It all had a very unique style and was nice being such a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Didn't deal with the staff much but when I did they were awesome got me all the info and instructions for my stay.

If you want to share a bathroom, kitchen, living room and whole house with complete strangers this is the place for you. They say it has your own bathroom, that is a lie. There is black mold in the air duct and around the air vent in the room. No deadholt on the room and I could hear the stranger walking around. There was no running water in the morning so I could not even brush my teeth or wash my hands after using the bathroom plus no hand sanataizer. There was some strange dude in the bathroom that was supposed to be "private" so I had no idea if the shower or anything was cleaned. No cleaning supplies to clean the bathrub under the bathroom sink or kitchen sick and when I emailed the.company email some random person texted me. The phone number for the company was not the same as the person who texted me. It was on a dirt road that if you did not have a truck or suv you will bottom out. I have a little car so it bottomed out. It was in the middle of no where and no filtered water provided do come with some if you plan to stay. Just a total disaster. No TV in the room so you have to go out to the living room which is not private. No internet available so you better not try and do anything on your computer unless you can provide it yourself.
