Problem with TV connection was addressed quickly. We only lost first night of TV watching. Also, didn’t realize there was a switch to lower the drapes to black out lights during the night but same engineer showed us the control. Text check in with us was helpful.

The check in process was a nightmare, cutting into our quality time, and left a bad taste in our mouths on Valentine's day.
Not sure what went wrong with preparations and timing but this stay did not meet our expectations and what we were hoping would be a redeeming Hilton experience turned out to be the opposite.
1 star each for friendly staff by the pool/housekeeping and the nice rooms. Misses out on 3.
