I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. From our check-in to checking out everything was perfect. Great breakfast served and they have a great shuttle to and from Ao Nang market or street. The pool is stunning and located in such a serene area. We loved it and wished we had stayed longer than a week. Su has such a great personality and loved talking to her. You will not be disappointed if you book here. Also we had great mountain views every morning for the sunrise and beautiful greenery at the back of our room where we had stunning sunsets

An oasis hidden away. Peaceful and calm surroundings. Felt relaxed and catered for . Lovely welcome with a very helpful check-in lady, who sorted out my last minutes booking in even well into the night. Would totally recommend it and hope ro stay there again

This is not a 4 star hotel. 1 star at best. No service. No room cleaning. No hand towels. Restaurant wasn’t open as advertised. Almost missed our flight because the taxi didn’t show up. Shower flooded the bathroom. One of the dogs on the property defecated at the end of the main steps. No one cleaned it up and it got dispersed over next few days. Avoid!!

Property very run down, understaffed, poor maintenance of property. Food is very low quality, service is poor. Not allowed food and drinks by the pool From outside yet no staff around to take orders, have to ring a bell. Air conditioner froze up, owner said we turned it to low but we had it at the required 25C, which is very warm for sleep. Cannot be visiting by pool or common area after 8, felt like a dormitory. Location very bad, if no scooter getting to shops/restaurants not convenient; in dirty residential area. Cleaning minimal, owners don’t allow taking pool towels to beach. Overall, staff seemed like they blame customers for everything and not happy to prioritize good experience for customers. Drinking Water provided in room in unsealed reusable bottles, not trustworthy to be safe to drink so had to buy own water. Charges for ice, but fridge couldn’t keep ice. No shower head, pipe sticking straight out of wall sprays water straight across whole bathroom, so have to turn water almost off to get it to drop down onto you, zero water pressure. Side cot mattress filthy, linens questionably clean. Breakfast sparse and limited. Pool area grounds overgrown, much less well maintained than pictures suggest. Would not recommend this property, if for no other reason than location.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who were always willing to help. Outside the busy resort of Ao Nang and very peaceful. Great shuttle service to the resort. Pool area needs a bit of an update but not a major issue. Everything was immaculate. Great little escape from the busy resort. We will be back 🙂

Attention to detail lacking

Spacious rooms, which were clean and basic. The hotel is very dated, and looks much better in the photos. A bit off the beaten track but we knew that when we booked and we liked how peaceful it was. Room not cleaned one day, despite leaving the sign out, and cleaned another day but no towels. Room door was not shut or locked properly by house keeping two days in a row - putting our belongings at risk. Shower was crude but functional, and toilet paper couldn’t be flushed. Breakfast was poor. We were asked to pay for a missing glass - we neither broke or stole it and I was left feeling like I was in the wrong. A shame as could be lovely.

Hadde et fantastisk opphold på hotellet. Resepsjonisten var helt utrolig service innstilt og det var den beste servicen vi har hatt! Veldig hyggelig dame som hjalp oss med alt fra å finne aktiviteter til en grei pris med henting og skaffe oss taxier! Avis mitigé pour cette hôtel ! À première vue tout est mignon , l’emplacement n’est pas très loin du centre mais assez loin pour être au calme . Le lit malheureusement est un peu dur et avec des ressors donc nous avions demandé de changer de chambre la ce n’était pas possible car toutes les chambres avait le même matelas apparemment , nous devions avoir un sur matelas mais là encore nous ne l’avons pas eu . Mais le pire c’est le bruit de la Clim même au minimum c’est infernal. Sinon l’accueil était très bien nous avons loué un scooter pour 250 bath par jour donc parfait mais attention le Check out est à 11h (c’est souvent à 12h en Thaïlande)nous avons eu la femme de ménage qui a débarqué un peu en furie dans la chambre pas top pour un départ !

Beautiful Resort with Amazing Service

This was our favorite stay in Thailand. Bhiraya was so helpful the entire time. We got there at 9:30pm without letting her know that we were getting in so late, and she waited for us to come in. When we asked what food was still open, she called a Thai restaurant that does free shuttle service to come pick us up even though they were basically closed. They also have scooters to rent, which was so convenient. When we told them we were gonna drive it very far, she had her guys do extra maintenance checks to ensure we were able to make it there and back. Excellent service all around; can't get more value than that.
