We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel. The hotel was clean, cute and close to the train station. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was decent too. I would love to book this hotel again if and when we visit Zermatt again.

Everything was great. Only minor thing was that the room was next to a train station, and every half hour we heard the train come in. But it seemed to stop from midnight to 5am or so. Staff was great, room was nice, breakfast was good. Location right in town and easy access to the train.

Agnes and team were all very professional and accommodating. Great place to stay. The cleanliness is top notch. And the location is just perfect if you don’t want to walk far from the train station (or pretty much from everywhere else). Happy I stayed here. Definitely recommending it to friends.
