The room was quite rundown. There was no tap handle on the bathroom sink, and the washing machine was leaking, which left the bathroom floor constantly wet. The signage for the property was also poor and made it difficult to find the entry. Once inside, there were no instructions provided about how to access or use the other amenities. Plus the room only had two towels when it was an apartment that slept for people. The staff were very helpful when I called however I had to call a few times.

The room is very run down and not in good condition. Tiles broken and shabby, carpet loose in lounge room, basically needs a refresh. Blockout blinds missing so got woken up by sunrise each day! Taps constantly dropping and tap handles stiff and difficult to use. Needs improvement ASAP. Would not stay again.

Comfortable stay with 3 couples with enough beds for everyone. Easy access and excellent customer service. Will definitely stay agin and recommend to others of a great place to stay. Room for improvement darker blinds in lounge especially if guests are sleeping in there, central aircon or split systems in bedrooms (Darwin people can only sleep with aircon or fans 😊)

The service was terrible, didn’t get a pass for the pool and gym, then had to call up get one, didn’t work. They say parking is $28 a day, got charged over $50 for less than $24 hours. No instructions, got extra charges you don’t get told about. Would not stay here again

Good location close to the trams, makes it easy to access transportation! Apartment was overall clean, although did smell of cigarettes. Gym and pool are beautiful. Staff was very helpful!! We had to check in after 1 AM and were sent the wrong access information, but they answered the phones and got it sorted right away. Would definitely stay again!!
