Ground 27 is a beautiful property. Spacious rooms and superbly appointed. A superb suite for a family with teenagers, best set out and spacious room we have ever stayed in. All the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to the front desk lady who speaks mandarin and helped us with our food delivery order. We stayed in the family suite with a kitchenette. The room is clean and big, but lack of amenities such as cutlery, and there is no towel bar and hook for clothing in the bathroom. The stench from the drain outside the hotel can be quite strong. There is a cafe at the ground floor. Hotel is located at the shopping street. Overall a good stay.
