This was an amazing hotel. They were beyond excellent in service and kindness. Their attentiveness to my whole family was outstanding. They were always kind to my mother who needed help often. The breakfast was great.. I would highly recommend this location. Their kindness goes a long way. They are always happy to help with anything. This hotel is in a very high traffic area. I had trouble sleeping because of it. It’s no closet to hand up your things, no Mini fridge, no iron or board and none of the staff spoke any English. I feel front desk staff members should speak some because they never know who will be visiting.

This hotel is located at a noisy street intersection and kids had a hard time going to sleep early. There were homeless people around the area in the evening. The hotel did not have breakfast buffet. The hotel room did not have coffee machine, air conditioner or a ceiling fan. The room and bathroom was ok.

Sinceramente nos equivocamos al seleccionar este hotel porque esta en el centro de Pereira, el area en la noche y madrugada no es muy agradable.
