The staff was very nice and helpful. We were in room 110. The AC unit was a little noisy. The TV is really small. Room was clean. Bathroom pretty clean. Our rooms patio needed cleaned. View is awesome. I would stay again and would recommend to others.

The Bayshore was nice in the common areas. Neat and clean. Debbie at the front desk was great, as was Phil in the Tiki Bar. Nice location and convenient that golf carts could be rented on sight. Cons: Our room was not clean, and the balcony/patio was really dirty. (Bugs and cobwebs everywhere). Our bathroom was bad. I wiped things down with Lysol wipes. The room had no clock, no small coffee maker (coffee was only available in the lobby for a $ charge beginning at 9 am I think they said), no refrigerator, no housekeeping during our 2 night stay, (no big deal since only 2 nights but would be for a longer stay), and a small desk top TV. I'm sure some rooms, or Suites had more perks, but for the $$$ spent we were not happy. The rooms did have beautiful views from the balconies.

Loved our stay at Bayshore Resort. It was our first time at Put-in-Bay and chose this hotel based on reviews as well as its location. The room was very large and comfortable, and very very clean. Can’t say enough about how wonderful the front desk folks were. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for the weekend at the Bayshore Resort and we cannot say enough about the customer service and kindness the staff showed us from check in to check out! The views were amazing and we rented a golf cart from them which was very convenient. Yes we were there in the off season but what a great place with very nice facilities. We lived the lake views and screened in balcony. The room was big and clean. We hope to stay again!
