The hotel itself had only one issue. Only one of the elevators were operational causing a very crowded elevator and extended wait times. Besides this, and something that every hotel deals with, a large group of guests having what seemed to be a giant party in the hotel rooms. The property did respond to it but it took quite some time and continued into the early morning of the hours. Overall, I would recommend poverty. It has plenty of things that you can walk to and the staff was friendly and efficient.. My puppy and I were definitely comfortable. 👍

Hotel under renovations. Staff was ok gave me a room at first that was not ready when we entered. Had to get another room got stuck in elevator. Front desk stated they were not going to charge me for early check in but I was never informed I was going to be charged as I did not ask to check in early she just told me she can get me a room now. She than said she would credit me one night of parking which they never did.

This hotel was super cozy with great amenities and an amazing, helpful staff. We had absolutely no issues checking in or out and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely be back!
