Excellent apartment in a fun location (though a dingy street) with easy access to two metro stations. Tons of restaurants nearby and great gelato at Amarino. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine was a plus, and two bathrooms are a rare perk. Note, though, that the toilet is in a little room by itself (in the French tradition) with no sink, so you have to leave that room and go to a shower room to wash your hands. The addition of a small stand or even a chair in the bedrooms for opening a suitcase would be a nice thing to provide for future guests.

Can't say enough about our experience in Apartement 2. Gorgeous, quiet little spot just minutes away from all the hustle and bustle. It was clean, cozy, had everything we could possibly have needed for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Would very happily stay there again.

The place was very clean. I stayed in apt 3 and i really loved it !! No regrets. It was close to the train station , walking distance to restaurants. We walked to the louvre. The host checked in on me the first to make sure i had a smooth check in. Great location - The property is quiet while minutes from the Metro, and from great restaurants. The space was very clean and roomy. Beds and linens were comfortable. Was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We were in Apt. 4, which means 3 flights of stairs- so something to consider with any mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Apartment itself was terrific. Very clean, well-laid out. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room. We cooked and had all the kitchen items we needed. The security codes fit the doors worked great. Easily walkable to the Seine, Notre Dame and St. Chappelle if you are in decent shape. Must uber or taxi to Eiffel Tower. Area in a 2-3 block radius around property is not un-safe, but is dirty and smelly. Once you get out of that small radius you are in a good area with plenty of restaurants. Be prepared for late night party noise. 3 out of 5 nights there was loud noise until 3 am.
