The hot water did not work for around a day and a half of our visit. The place needs a significant upgrade. They did nothing to offer us compensation for the inconvenience and didn’t even offer an apology. The breakfast was also underwhelming despite the lovely staff running it. Peace and tranquility on the Amalfi coast

We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Every thing about the hotel and staff was excellent. The staff were more than helpful providing tips of what to do and see. We used the main Piazza car park nearby initially so the manager himself went with my husband to move it and parked it at the hotel for us. Our suite was very big, well appointed, had everything you'd need and the view from the large terrace was brilliant!! We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were excellent in quality and taste. All the staff were lovely but a special mention should be made for the young Ukrainian waiter at dinner - he was very patient and knowledgeable and described each dish in detail to help us make up our minds. On his recommendation we chose a bottle of local red wine which was delicious. Sadly we only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for providing a little haven of peace and tranquility within the stress of driving the Amalfi coast road!!
