Room was clean and spacious. Staff was great and very welcoming/helpful. Pools were good, ranging from different sizes and temperatures. I would’ve liked them to be more temperature regulated, especially for the 24 hour pools, and slightly cleaner. They give you refillable water bottles but water stations are few and far in between. Overall though, fun and great experience. Will come back again.

The mineral water is very hot. Resort doesn't cool it all. It's impossible to stay in this hot water, especially for people with hypertension! They don't tell that upfront! There are all kinds of rules there and access checks. I don't feel like I am on vacation. Hotel starts pushing guests out at 8am on the departure day, sending reminder texts to get out and rules, threatening extra punitive charges that are wildly excessive. There is no contactless check out. Got to drive over to the front desk, wait in line...

Got in late and was able to relax in the hot pools. Love that they’re accessible 24 hours. The walls are a little thin in the standard room and it was my dog’s first trip. Glad we didn’t a noise complaint, but he definitely woke me up. I would definitely stay again, but dog is going to the sitter’s.

There was no clear instructions of what we can do in the resort and they gave us the wrong room. I would give a three stars because the amenities are good and a very beautiful resort but I wish they have guided us more and half of the hot spring closed at 8. 24/7 is only to a small area.
