Check in/out actually takes place at the counter in Penny’s Diner- a real gem beside the hotel. Room was Remarkably quiet considering it’s located right off the interstate.

Weird experience. TV was on when we got in our room and would not turn off so my son had to unplug it. It did not look like the room had been swept and there were pennies left on the windowsill. Curtains gaped open and did not close all the way. Bed were comfortable and hotel was quiet. Not horrible but just okay stay.

Very satisfying stay

Very satisfying one night stay with teenagers. Room was big enough for a "blow up" mattress also. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Hallway, grounds, and room was clean and very acceptable. Room a/c system was very cool and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel is great. Right off Interstate 64. Exit has a Truck Stop with a McDonalds and Subway. Next exit 4 miles west has more food and not a bad drive. Diner on same property has office for hotel. Did not try it

Great stay foe the rate I found it at - overall a ok and the diner is really neat. A couple stinkbugs and a q-tip from a precious visit in the corner of the room but otherwise just fine.

The staff was friendly, the outside of the property smelled like an ashtray, the hallway was super humid/hot, and our room was very dirty. The floor and bed were covered in hair. We did not stay and found a clean hotel close by. Would not recommend.

Disappointing

Have stayed there several times over the years. Always a great experience until this one. At check in I learned that free breakfast at Penny's Diner had been discontinued. Later after coming back for the night, the A/C was on 70 so I turned it down to 68, then later to 66. Could not feel the room get any cooler. Also, in room 213, the Directv remote did not work. Had to turn on the tv from the set, and could only get channel 10. I reported this at checkout the next morning. Again, very disappointed in the stay due to the breakfast, room temp and tv. Shower was great with plenty of hot water was the only saving grace.
