I liked that the linens were clean and they had plenty of extra in the closets, the beds were pretty comfortable, loved the aesthetics, didn’t like that not all the bathroom lights were working, there was no water pressure, you couldn’t gage the water temperature, and there was mold on the ceiling that was dripping on me when taking a shower.

3/5 isn't horrible but isn't great either, and seems fair for the property. The good: good location, comfortable beds, clean enough, easy access, rooftop patio, has an exercise facility, is an aparthotel. Enjoyed the coffee shop. The not so good: Pretty noisy with 'slammer' doors, noise from the unit above, beat music from the coffee shop and street noise. The unit was a little worn with scuff marks in the bathroom, corner of a carpet lifted, wobbly table on wheels in the kitchen. Some units (we has a group of us) had the bedroom against the street (so were louder and brighter), others as an interior room with no window. The gym was less than basic w/2 cardio machines, a rack of weights; no fan, no towels.

Great addition to NOLA, centralized, super clean!

So clean and spacious in a loft setting. There is a whole kitchen set up in the living room that separates the master and the living room with the bathroom in between. A great NOLA experience that is super walkable. Coffee shop also downstairs to get the morning started. Easy in and out with access codes.
