Once the Beauquartier staff and I were able to connect with each other directly, the check in process went smoothly. Going through a third party was troublesome because it transferred incorrect information about my account (sent another traveler’s contact info to the host). Ultimately I called the property and discovered they had been trying to reach me as I had been them. Avoidable anxiety down to the final hours before check in when I had to have instructions and access. Once connected, there was a person on call at Beauquartier company 24 hours. But the digital check in and their website that provided WiFi PW and instructions was very smooth and I was self reliant. Terrific location - Paris radiates from this central location on the Right Bank. Daily housekeeping services. Quality bedsheets and towels. Contemporary appliances.

This place was wonderful - a seamless experience. Easy self check in. The bed was comfy, shower was nice, soaps provided, even coffee pods and other kitchen basics. Air conditioner worked great. Location was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Even had a place to put our luggage on site when we had a night time flight the day of our check out. That was super convenient. What an amazing property such close location to centre if Paris. Self contained with all we could need to cook. The bed was most comfortable, shower great. So quiet inside. Having a laundry on site is such a plus when travelling. So close to everything, supermarket, metro, bus coffee shops and restaurants and variety of shops. There is a great fresh fish shop around the corner. Can highly recommend this accommodation.

A plus is the near by metro station and the amazing location .only down side in my opinion is the school across the street ,it can get a bit noisy in the early morning and afternoon, but only if u plan to get up late. Very well located and the room was very clean. Would have been good value for money if we hadn't had to have so much contact with their customer service team. Our experience would have been much better if: - There hadn't been another guest in another room smoking and the smell travelled down the lightwell into our room - Customer service was more responsive and better at relaying information in a timely and considered manner It took them ten days after our holiday ended to address our complaint about the smoker. They offered a 10% refund. However, they are only honouring this refund after me having to chase them again and getting Hotels.com involved.
