Very nice staff, very clean room, semi quiet on a main road in Heber. Coffee only in morning. Pet fee is reasonable. Minor cosmetic things need to be fixed, shower bar, tp holder. Good stay!

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. If you’re trying to go stay in luxury this is probably not the place, but they had all the basics. The air condition was fairly dirty, and that was the one negative, but most everything else was kept in decent repair, and the staff was very workable. if you’re on a budget, this is a good option.

There was no hair blow drier in the room and they did not have one in the office. Nothing to put your suitcase on except the bed, which isn't always the best.. no bath mat towel. just wasn't a good stay.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past because it was relatively inexpensive but have disappointed with things broke and not working. They seemed to have improved significantly. Only problem we had was it took 5 minutes to get the shower hot.

The front desk staff were very kind. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The air conditioner blew cold and hot air. The tv took a bit to get working because someone had plugged the cables into the wrong spot. The door lock was missing and the door and light switch had not been washed in a loooong time. The smoke detector was disconnected and laying on a shelf. It looked like there had once been a blow dryer, but it’s was gone and the fridge was old and missing it’s shelves and freezer door. It was definitely not a luxury hotel, but it served as a place to crash for the night.

I requested a king size room, the girls refused to give it to us. In calling later we used 3 different phones to try to get a hold of them and they answered then blocked our calls shortly after. I tried to get money back they said they didn’t have control over that, but they could do a 10% off a double queen. Floor was squeaky and horrible, TP holder was broken, rack was broken, floor tile cracked and sharp, one lamp didn’t work, TV remote(s) didn’t work, TV was glitching and not clear, broken beer bottles under bed, walked barefoot on the carpet for 5 minutes and they got so black almost like walking on the road. AC did work though and we did have warm water (not hot, just warm) beds were mildly comfy, chairs worked, parking was empty because lack of people. Time was during Swiss days too.

I was in unit 106. All the towel bars near the sink were gone. Simply missing. Toiletries were terrible. The soap bars were insufficient to bathe two bodies. The shampool was insufficient for a bald person. Television is in the room but they expect you to use your PRIME membership with Amazon to be able to watch anything good. Netflicks and YouTube were all they had. Disappointing. Definitely clean.

A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.
