This looks nice on the outside but the rooms are very basic, the guy who was in charge was not very helpful, we did not have hot water at the beginning as this guys keep saying the heater was on when it was not. We were awaken by a super load music in the middle of the night from a party or something around the area which ruin our sleep big time. There are not restaurants around the area

El lugar es muy bonito, la limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena, la cama y almohadas muy comodas. No sale agua caliente para bañarse, la alberca está sucia y el agua helada, no hay seguridad y tu tienes que abrir y cerrar el portón, hay telarañas en todas las partes exteriores, el internet es muy malo y no hay lugares cerca para comer.

Es un lugar que aísla el ruido, tiene buena limpieza y es relajante, su agua alberga a peces vivos. Sin embargo, no hay agua caliente que dure más de 5 segundos y solo sale el agua caliente si tiras agua del lavabo, es mucho desperdicio de agua. No cuenta con TV y el baño y regadera son muy pequeño.

Creo que pueden mejorar en algunas cosas para hacer la estancia más agradable como que los huéspedes no tengamos que estar abriendo y cerrando el portón cada vez que querremos entrar o salir del hotel. Lugar agradable con mejoras en la seguridad.

En general el lugar está muy bien, el lugar es muy agradable, solo sugiero algo de mantenimiento a la laguna, tenía como algas, y a la parte trasera de la propiedad que está cruzando el puente, ya que había algo de basura (vidrios, botellas de cerveza). Tambien sugiero más seguridad al ingresar, aunque no paso nada y Jalpan parece seguro, solo hay una persona acargo de todo, y el portón de la propiedad permanece abierto las 24 horas, pudiendo entrar y salir cualquier persona cuando dicha persona no está, eramos los únicos huéspedes, y por momentos estuvimos solos en toda lo propiedad con un portón que se podía abrir en cualquier momento.

El hotel esta bonito, pero nula atención.la misma persona de manteimiento es quien esta en recepción. o sea que no esta presente. Nos quedamos dos noches y no entraron ni siquiera a limpiar la habitación, ni por la basura, el olor medio desagradable en el baño, se ve que las coladeras estaba algo estancadas. No te dan ni siquiera una botella de agua en la habitación y no avisan que no hay ningun servicio en el hotel para al menos llevar botellas de agua. no hay indicaciones de como ingresar al estacionamiento ni te abren la puerta. Creo que tienen muchas areas de oportunidad de mejoras

Mal, el precio de la habitación es muy caro y no hay servicio a cliente. Tú tienes que abrir y cerrar el portón para ingresar tu auto, no tienen restaurante como lo anuncian, habitación pequeña, baño diminuto y pésimo experiencia al momento de bañarse.

Los servicios dentro de las habitaciones son demasiado limitados, mini baño hasta mini bote de basura hay 😅 las toallas, cobijas, sábanas ya andan en las últimas... Personal es UN solo hombre que se encarga de literal todo LIMPIEZA, JARDINERIA, RECEPCION... Lo compensa por qué es súper amable y eficiente pero como sugerencia deberían tener más personal... El concepto de Glamping dentro de la mancha Urbana está medio raro 😅 no está mal y si regresamos pero las opiniones son para mejorar
