Somewhat helpful staff. Room was clean but the rest of the building was in poor condition, boarded windows and construction items. Our room lock also had to be manually fixed in order to ensure it was locked. The area is not ideal, but free parking is a plus. Also for both nights the hotel phone rang twice at 4am.. please get that fixed. Would recommend booking somewhere else closer to downtown and just pay to park.
