This is a very pretty property. Loved the eclectic decor. Breakfast was included. Beautiful rooftop and views. Breakfast and bar staff were nice. The place is in the center of Florence. You can literally walked everywhere. Lots of shopping, food options and museums.

The room was gorgeous and the breakfast outstanding. All the breads and pastries made on site. They serve you coffee. Beautiful flowers in the main breakfast room. At first impression, I wasn’t sure about the property. However, after three days, I came to feel that it was an absolutely perfect spot to stay in Florence. It’s charming, the staff is terrific and the location could not be better. In my opinion, it’s worth it to spend a few extra euros to get a room with a terrace. The terrace off my room was magical.

Fantastic stay and the staff were super accommodating with our emails prior to check-in. We ended up being delayed 6+ hours and only made it to the hotel after the concierge had left so the night staff checked us in. Didn’t really receive any info, at that point but we stopped in after breakfast at the reception desk and was given a run down. Sad that our stay was so short, will stay again if given the opportunity to come back!

Fabulous Florence

Hotel is beautiful, it is in the main shopping area and central to all the main attractions. If you like opera music, this hotel is where you will be able to enjoy it, singers and orchestras play in the evening just down from the hotel, don’t even need to leave your room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
