The apartment was very well kept. Modern. Lots of outlets. All the amenities needed to cook. Breakfast, fire pit all great. Most important the staff, in particular Jessica were top notch. Very accomodating to any request we had. Would stay there again!

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean. Our reservation was changed from 2 queen beds to 1 queen + pull out sofa due to hotel at capacity. We were compensated for the change but the pull out was very hard and neither of us could sleep on it. Otherwise, this hotel was great!

The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and nice. The only reason I didn’t give my review a 5 star is because the towels in the restroom and the sheet covers were dirty. It looked like they hadn’t been washed properly.

I had a great stay and will return, I was there for 2 1/2 weeks, I had to ask to have my room cleaned and bedding changed and had to seek out to have my trash removed, I think at the bare minimum my room should have been checked at least every other day, but other than that great room and the staff was always nice.

Nice room, Dicey outer area.

Very nice room with very adequate amenities. The immediate area around the hotel was fine, however, the extended area felt a little dicey. At one point during a stay, the circle K on the corner had about five police cars dealing with some issue. At another nearby gas station, I was asked for money by some random guy. Did not feel completely safe as I often travel alone.

Did not get what i paid for.

I had booked a 2 queen bed room. Verified on my confirmation email. I showed it to the co concierge and he said "i can see clearly what you ordered, but got a different booking, and i do not have a 2 queen bed available. " even though all of my emails confirmations had said i booked a 2 queen bed. Its very frustrating when i have to figure different sleeping arrangements because nithing is aligning? Idont know whether he told a white lie because he was over booked or if it was a default in communication betweens apps. But this is NOT okay. I paid for a room. With 2 beds and did not get that, nor dod i get refunded for the difference.

Outdoor pool was closed. We were offered to go across the street to the sister hotel to swim . They fixed the pool issue and once it opened it was swarmed with kids. Seems like they weren’t prepared for a large group of kids staying at the property. They expected one staff to do the entire breakfast for a large group of people. When we got to breakfast we had to wait for food and dishes to be restocked. There was a large group of kids at the front entrance blocking the entrance. No conditioner in the bathroom. No ice in the ice machine on my floor.
