The outdoor hot tub was closed, that would have been nice, and the indoor pool was a little cold, but all in all, we had a great time and would stay again.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was very central to many highlights of Cape Cod. Being right on the beach and able to catch a gorgeous sunrise was amazing. We are a family of 5 and space wasn’t conducive - with couch pulled out, very little seating, minimal cooking facilities and dining table was high top with only 4 chairs. Kids loved pool/hot tub but they were in need of maintenance (scum on pool tiles and staining in hot tub).

Only problem was we had two cars and only one car could be on the property & had to park the other car 5 minutes away from the property. But we loved everything about this place very clean and morning staff were amazing! & we’ll definitely be back!

The location is absolutely beautiful. Very nice resort. We were a little disappointed at first because the pool wasn’t working, but they got that under control right away. I will only complaint was the second night we were there. They were young people that stayed above us and partied and made tons of noise and none of us got any sleep. Other than that we loved it.
