Wonderful hotel and front-desk staff

The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)

Great affordable option for your stay in Florence!! We’re from Canada and like a cooler temperature in our rooms. The AC in the rooms here was excellent and kept us comfortable during our sleeps. 15-20m max walking distance to most of the main sights in the city. Cafe Noir is a stone throw away from the Hotel and is a good quick and easy option for breakfast/coffee with good service. Highly recommend Hotel Zanobi!!!

They surprised us with a gift of sangiovese and truffle chocolates for my bday and anniversary with a handwritten note! they had free snacks and coffee and tea, and it was super cozy, we wished we could have stayed for longer

Walking distance from the train station and close to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms have been renovated. Washrooms are a bit old and small. A/C works well and beds are good. Few small issues with one of rooms where the washroom door wasn’t closing properly. Coffee machine and water bottle machine were awesome. Overall pretty decent if you are not to picky.

This is a hidden gem in Florence. Centrally located, close to the train station, lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Very clean and well maintained property. Very friendly staff. Coffee machine, filtered water fountain and fruits and muchies were appreciated. Just make sure it is 45 in black number when you are looking for this place. Apparently, shops are in red number and the residential buildings are in black number. Google Map let me down. I would come back to this place.

As I leave Florence, I'm reflecting on my stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. The place has been restored and renovated respecting the age and architecture of the original building. Actually, they are still refining some last minute details. The place is clean, crisp, modern and traditional, cozy and fun. It's not a grandiose space, but It has the right mix of refined art, warm antiques and modern amenities. I loved how little pieces of mother earth are scattered as tiny surprises... You will meet amazing people. It felt like home... Thank you !

We arrived at late after night and there was no stuff there to serve you . The gate was locked. It was a rainy night. We ring the bell for about 10 to 15 minutes, A guest opened the door for us then we were able to make a phone call to get a code to access our room.
