Great service, good help, I had my grandma with me who walks with a walker, it was good space in the lift, and really welcoming and friendly staffs. The service was extremely good, perfect distance from the city, 25 minutes to drive, I had a car, it was very convininent for me, I did see it was a drop off/drop on place to go to the city center with a mini van/mini buss opposite of the entrance of the hotel. Highly recommend this place.

I had no hot tub and was given a triple room less footage than my prebooked deluxe double room. There were no robes and the towels are poor, which is a real shame as everything else was so well presented. The breakfast is excellent a wide variety and plenty of it.
