Staff were great - I was taken ill & wasn't well enough to travel home, so needed to book a 2nd night. We had to change rooms, but they couldn't have been more helpful. My partner said the breakfast was very good. Free water available downstairs, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a poor first impression of the hotel upon arrival. The room we were given had hair on the towels and a spill on the floor, leaving it wet. We asked to be moved, but were told the hotel was fully booked. Two days later, we were finally relocated to a much better room that was spotlessly clean, which improved our experience. The location is excellent, close to the city centre, nice park, great restaurants and convenient transport links nearby.
