They tried to give us a smaller room than the one one we paid for, to then switch to a room with leaky toilet. Then we had to insist one more time to get the room we paid for. Breakfast: instant coffee only! Powder fake juice, milk at room temp, no air conditionning, fan not offered unless you ask for. Dirty tablecloths, chair cushions with cigarette burns. Pool: water so dirty you can’t see through. Painting coming off walls, dust everywhere. Lots of other options around for much better hotels, at the same price or less. Overall, terrible stay, do not book there.

Great location in the river and close walk to main part of town. Lots of restaurants and cafes in Wat Bo area close to hotel. Although, I loved the location, the thumping from the street bar music until around 4am was not that enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and view overlooking river was lovely.
