Place was clean, had everything we needed. Reception staff was nice and friendly. Walking distance to shopping center, banks, coffee shops and small food stands. I would suggest buying more toilet paper because the toom only has 1 no extra and bring ear plugs. The walls are thin and you can hear everything on the street and in the hallways. You can hear the main door open and close. I wouldnt stay here again due to the noise. I had to sleep with ear buds to tune out all the surround noise.

Todo mal, reserve y pagué por adelantado para un departamento premium con terraza y no se respetó mi reservación, llegué y no tenian mi habitacion por que estaba "ocupada" dando el argumento que fue un "error del sistema", me dieron la opción de reembolsarme (absurdo cuando vas de viaje) o mandarme a otra de sus locaciones, la cual fue decepcionante. Un departamento al que no le daba la luz. Un show room de IKEA esta mejor decorado, y aaaah, sin la terraza por la que pagué y la cual era todo el asunto. Además el lugar extremandamente ruidoso, una total falta de respeto por que tenian albañiles trabajando desde las 8 am taladrando, martillando, haciendo ruido. Expedia deberia de darme una compensación, por que además el incompetente que me atendió de Servicio al Cliente de Hoteles.com, no resolvió nada y me dijo, que me tendrián una respuesta "hasta la siguiente semana" lo cual es absurdo. Pésimo hoteles.com y pésimo Capitalia. Jamás volveré a reservar algo ahi.

El check in es a las 4 . Aún que llueve truene y relampaguee como en mi caso a pesar de tener ya la habitación no me fue permitido accesar .. ok son sus reglas . Una estadía de 4 días dejaron medio rollo de papel en una unidad que era para hasta 3 personas . Mucho ojo no es un HOTEL es un apartamnteo la calle está siendo arreglada así que hay que caminar es EXTREMADAMENTE ruidos no se puede dormir en fin de semana .
