We have stayed at the hotel 3 times over the past 5 years. It is old but very well maintained. Nice size suites which are self contained. Close walk to the Main Street and city shopping. $10 taxi to the casino. Nice pool, very clean. Great WIFI. Small TV. Very comfortable beds. Secure parking and mostly undercover. Very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in hotels all,over the world and this place is just fine. We go to Darwin for a get away and relax. Some great dining and lots of sight seeing

This is our third time to stay at the Mediterranean All Suite, we come back each year because we feel welcome and the rooms are so clean. We also appreciate that when the hotel is not booked full we don't have neighbours (people seem to be more spread out) which makes for a avery quiet stay.

We stayed at the Mediteranean before and after a 5 day guided walking holiday. Staff were great, the room was comfortable and spacious. Didn't use the pool, but it looked good, as the centerpiece of the property. Breakfast was quick and tasty. Would stay again.

Hotel with exceptional service

We appreciated the staff's professionalism from the moment we arrived ( eg making sure the air con was on ready for us ) They continued to be helpful throughout our stay and provided help with directions , bus timetables and making our bookings for the airport shuttle and a trip to the wetlands. They even coped with our confusion over dates !

Nice Hotel

Amazing, Very helpful staff, clean room, fan and airconditioning, kitchenette very good. Hotel is so old, decor is bland (1970's style) no television in the bedroom and a tiny 30cm tv mounted in the dinning lounge area, which if you watched it for long enough you'd get a sore neck. The spa bath very basic, 4 jets which barely worked. Considering i paid close to $800 AUD for 4 nights, I expected (4-5star) a more modern room, to me this hotel room would at best be 2 and a half star, very disappointing. I would stay here again but never at this price

Our room had a separate kitchen dining and lounge area, Quite spacious. The hotel has a lift making it easier to get to the top levels. The after hours check in went Ok, except I didn't read the parking arrangements properly. The shower was in the bedroom, which we didn't like . We are used to have the shower in the bathroom. There was no bed side table in my side of the bed.

Great Location, clean and tidy.

We had to complete the late check in process which is always a little worrying when you are in an unfamiliar place. The process was so easy and we were supplied everything we needed to get into our room without hassle. The rooms are a great size, with excellent facilities and thankfully amazing air con, as we had come from a much colder climate. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave us great advice on what to do in Darwin. The pool was awesome and the location is so handy to the cbd, waterfront and casino.

We stayed at the Mediterranean for three nights in June and wers impressed. It's not a new hotel but it is well maintained and is fully self contained which 8s what we were looking for. The staff at reception are professional and helpful so much so it feels like a concierge service at a 5 star hotel. Clise to a supermarket and walking distance to the city centre.

Cool pool

Mediterranean all suite has a cool pool. The room was very clean and secure. It was a little far from the waterfront precinct to walk. It was close to aquascene and some shopping. It doesn't have 24 hour lobby if leaving for a late flight.
