The property was recently renovated and the rooms are a nice size and well appointed. The continental breakfast in the am is spare but everything was fresh and hit the spot. The owners ran the front desk and were kind and helpful when I needed to print a parking pass for our campus visit. I'd come back any time!

Room was super clean and modern. Staff were friendly. We were 5 minutes from the Cornell Botanical Gardens/Dairy Bar. (On the more rural part of Ithaca, but 10-12 minutes from downtown by car). Breakfast was free but very basic. Two kinds of cereal, whole milk, white bread, white bagels, mini blueberry muffins. yogurt, bananas and condiments. I would definitely stay there again if we were in the area, although it would be great to have a few more options at breakfast.

I challenge you to find a better stay not only in Ithaca, but anywhere - especially for the price point. Nothing is short cutted. The rooms are exactly what you want and breakfast offerings are thoughtful. This will definitely be my "go to" spot for future Ithaca excursions!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We are assuming the hotel was recently updated and it showed. Everything was clean, new, comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful. A hidden gem. VERY affordable but there was no sacrifice on cleanliness or service. There were four EV chargers on property and the coolest mirror in the bathroom. I’m planning another trip in the summer and I’m planning on staying here again.

It is a motel, so it was very convenient because you park right outside your room. It was very clean. I think they allowed pets because when we checked in, they asked if we had one. I would stay here again.
