Great stay at Gulaab Haveli. Mr. Kapil, the owner takes a personal interest in the comfort of the guests. The rooms are clean, attractive and have all the needed conveniences. The vegetarian breakfast is excellent. The staff are helpful and efficient. The location is perfect for visiting the fort or the town outside the fort, and the architecturally beautiful hotel itself sits magnificently in the middle of chaotic streets and traffic - I like the small town chaos, so the location was a bonus for that too.

we had a great stay at Gulab Haweli. Location matches the pictures and at a very good location for a great view of the Jaisalmer fort. Food ( thali) for dinner was excellent (flavor, quality, hospitality). Breakfast is by order (not buffet) hence can be a bit slow during peak hrs. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Laundry service is at great price ( by kilos)..makes a difference when you are travelling city to city.

Hotel is in great location, only 2 minutes walk to Fort and close to many restaurants. It is beautifully decorated and the food was fresh cooked everyday and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel highly.

Go to Jaisalmer! Stay at the Guulab Haveli!

The staff was so professional! The food was amazing! The swimming pool was so delightful in the evening as the sun set on Fort Jaisalmer. The proprietor has built this beautiful property with his father, the Mayor; it is so beautiful! Close walking distance to the Fort. Everything you will need to support your travel is just outside the main lobby. Guulab Haveli epitomizes the hospitality and kindness of Rajasthan!

Lovely hotel, killer view, very convenient to the

Loved my stay at here—completely overdelivered for the price. New property, beautifully maintained. Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk from the fort entrance. Gorgeous rooftop area with the best views in town. Lovely, attentive staff. Helped me upgrade easily when a room became available. They don’t have a traditional restaurant, but the food they had was very good. Only quibble was that the pool wasn’t quite clean enough to swim in. Otherwise, great stay.

I stayed 2 nights in this property. Only thing I like is the location of property. I didn't like the room. It was too small. The bathroom was the wirst part where the showers were not functioning properly. Food was bad and had only very limited menu. Property is not value for money.
