The refrigerator didn’t work when we got there. My husband reset the breaker. It worked for a while, but it tripped the breaker again. So we didn’t have use of a refrigerator. Also, the coffee pot didn’t have the right basket in it to brew coffee, so we got our coffee in the lobby. There was no hair dryer in our room. We asked for one at the front desk, but they didn’t have one. The pillows were terrible.

Room and amenities. When we arrived in the room, the mattress protector on the bed was covered in animal hair, pubic hair, and stains. It appeared the proper mattress cover had not been installed, which was very unpleasant to discover. We contacted the front desk, and staff came to assist. They were polite and did their best to resolve the issue, eventually replacing the bedding with clean items. Additionally, the pool was closed during our stay. There was no notice about this at booking or prior to arrival, which was disappointing since those amenities were part of why we chose this hotel. The staff interaction itself was positive, but the room condition and unavailable amenities did not meet expectations.
