Not recommended for night shift workers

It's outdated and most rooms smell of smoke. There aren't any cups/glasses in the rooms for drinking. Not even paper nor plastic ones. Shampoo only, no conditioner. Any utensils need to be checked out and you take them to you room. Guests can get rowdy, so sleeping during the day is difficult. I use it for business only, night shift worker. If during the week, fairly quiet. Weekends and holidays are a bust.

North shore 2 night trip.

The suite we booked had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. It was really comfortable. The bad: The TVs are ancient, and the cable channels are awful. Smart TVs for apps would be a massive upgrade. No coffee machine. No plates; cups; cutlery etc. Coffee in the lobby was always empty.

Business trip

Service was very good. Nice and polite staff. My room was a little musty when I got there. Had to turn the AC on high to solve the problem. My second room was great. Kitchen in every room was a great feature. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some furniture needs replacement. Convenient location to restaurants and traval access. Overall I had a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel and I would stay again if in the area again.

Three stars

Wasn’t very clean and smelled like dogs, couch was wore out, and was told the pool was closed then looked out our window and there were people in the pool. Nice staff but would choose a different location next stay. You are in charge of taking your trash to the dumpster, there was a used washcloth in the shower and they bathrooms were not on their top priority. Pillows were wore out and the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Don't waste your time or money here. Not clean.

Room condition was horrible. I had to ask to be moved to another room and that room was not the best either. No room service you have to exchange your own towels for new ones yourself. Hotel parking lot was not well lit. Right, left parking lot were pitch black only lightning was in the front of the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great choice for an overnight stay.

The room was very spacious with lots of amenities, but the furniture was a bit outdated and there was an old cottage smell, probably because there was a kitchen. The bed and shower were good and comfortable though, it was quiet and I felt safe, and that’s what matters most to me. It was also conveniently located and the price was very reasonable.

Not the best..

The man at the first desk wasn't polite, was too busy telling stories to the two trainees. Didn't inform us on anything. We later found out that my girlfriend wasnt added to the room and got fussed by a older white lady that worked the evening when we tried to go to the pool. Told us she wasn't on the room and gave us attitude about it, my girlfriend argued that they took a picture of her id and everything, turns out the guy that checked us in never added her or her id to the room. She did inform us about the wifi password and paper we where supposed to get when checking in. The room has a funny smell and the bathtub held water in the middle, had black mold growing on the seal and the drain was broken.phone didn't work and even heard someone else complain about them and the guy said "they did". Three lights were out in the room. I heard others having trouble with service as well. Over all won't be going back.

Room 221 needs work. The carpet is seriously stained and ripped up where it meets the tile. TV is old and has a darkened picture. Couch is hard.
