Everything was great about the Taawaki Inn. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was way better than most hotel breakfasts, with hotel-made pastries and fresh fruit. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the area in the future.

Gorgeous, well appointed room, and the view from our room/on the back patio is stunning. Very quiet, no road noise, very respectful patrons. Breakfast was a good mix of hot items and pastries, and enjoyed by all. Out of the way enough to be quiet, but still close enough to Sedona and other popular locations. Absolutely enjoyed our time here and would return again!

Parking was well lit, great location to both Clarkdale and Oldtown Cottonwood, hearty continental breakfast in the morning. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast menu was innovative, fresh and excellent, constantly refreshed by cooks and servers. The hotel is fairly new, clean and attractive. There are many nice touches, such as outdoor seating with great views, bathrobes in the rooms, coffee and fresh cookies available at all hours, etc. Our only concern was that there seems to be inadequate cleaning and managerial staff. On the evening of our third night’s stay, we returned to our room at 5:00 PM, to find it not made up. We notified reception and they put in a call to housekeeping. It took another reminder before we were finally able to return to the room at 7:00. We encountered another guest who had the same problem. The receptionist was constantly apologetic and frustrated. She indicated “everyone has gone home.” She worked hard to help us, but there was no manager on duty and only one housekeeping staff available.

Hotel as absolutely beautiful. Location worked great since we had just done a train ride in Clarksdale and wanted to spend some time in Cottonwood, Horseback ride in the AM and head to Jerome in the PM. Debbie at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean, very large and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My 24 year old daughter and I were on our way to Sedona for a day trip and decided to try this hotel which was a 1/2 hour away... What a gem! Great room, great breakfast, and great staff! We plan on staying there again in the future.

This hotel was absolutely AMAZING! The staff were very friendly and eager to tell you anything that you wanted to know about the area. The hotel was so nice, felt brand new and the rooms were very spacious. The outside patio with fireplaces was WONDERFUL against the mountains. We watched the sunrise and stayed warm by the fire. I would highly recommend staying here! It's so close to the Verse Canyon Railroad and Old Town Cottonwood.

The hotel is beautiful! Very spacious, clean and in a great location. Only thing that could have been improved was the mattress. It was on the harder/too firm side of things. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were helpful, welcoming and incredibly kind. Highly recommend staying here!

The entire place, the room was crispy clean. The views.... amazing. All the staff was super sweet and welcoming. The breakfast spread...omg! The food was so good. Fresh fruit, fresh juices, and that jalapeno and sausage cornbread was the bomb! 🔥 We enjoyed! 10/10
