The hotel is conveniently located close to a nearby mall and offers plenty of restaurant options, plus a convenience store right in the hotel, which was very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. A highlight was the incredible view of the Burj Khalifa fireworks on New Year’s Eve, which made the experience even more special. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent service.

The food is varied, fresh, can be customized. The property is a quiet, centrally-located, upscale area. The staff, especially Jone, Che, Fernando, and others are accommodating, courteous, gentle, wise problem solvers, guest-satisfaction-oriented, effective, and like no other hotel staff I have ever dealt with. The staff and their plush property floored me and my family. Their New Year’s gala was opulent and lively.
