O chalé que ficamos atendeu muito as expectativas. Lugar aconchegante e ótimo para relaxar. òtimo café da manhã e atendimento. Só ficou a desejar um pouco da limpeza do chalé, pois tinha alguns locais um pouco sujos.

O quarto não estava impecável. Estava sujo e com cheiro de fuligem devido ao uso da lareira pelo hóspede anterior. O hóspede anterior, sem noção, guardou peixe no frigobar que estava com cheiro forte quando eu cheguei. Foi necessário limpeza. Solicitei a troca de roupa de cama e travesseiros e fui prontamente atendido. Uma faxina geral no chalé foi feita no dia seguinte pela manhã após meu pedido. Mas infelizmente o cheiro da fuligem não saiu e afetou a respiração e o sono da minha família. Como o local é no meio da floresta e faz muito frio durante à noite, é preciso fechar todas as portas e janelas e o cheiro da lenha queimada impregnava o ar no interior do chalé. Tive que sair um dia antes do previsto pois meus filhos pequenos estavam com dificuldades de respirar e eu também. A pousada fica em torno de 1600 m de altitude, o local é maravilhoso e os empregados são solícitos e educados. A comida é boa tanto na pousada quanto nos restaurantes próximos. O Chalé que eu fiquei, o Chardonnay, precisa de uma reforma.

O lugar é lindo, mágico… mas fiquei muito decepcionada porque, pra começar, quando cheguei não localizaram nossa reserva, tivemos que esperar uma confirmação lá de São Paulo. Outra coisa, vi grandes elogios sobre o café da manhã e foi pura frustração, tinha o básico do básico, com presunto velho (melando), pão de queijo do dia anterior. Sobre a banheira, a água só esquentava a noite, não entendi o sentido. Por fim, o acesso até o local só passa um carro, se viesse outro, tinha nem como desviar porque a passagem era muito pequena.

O lugar é lindíssimo! Tudo muito bem cuidado. O chalé Nebbiolo é impecável. Tudo muito confortável e um ótimo café da manhã. Vale muito a visita apesar de ser mais distante de Monte Verde. Escolhemos passar um dia. Passamos pela estrada durante o dia e fomos com um carro apropriado, então foi uma ótima experiência. Espero voltar algum dia! A beleza do lugar faz toda a diferença, compensa tudo!

Verão nas montanhas

Estávamos em família. O chalé que fiquei era pequeno mas agradável. Estava limpo. Nosso chuveiro estava quebrado e a troca foi feita rapidamente. As roupas de cama e lençóis eram bons. Uma pequena que uma das mantas estava toda furada. O café da manhã é razoável. Os funcionários são cordiais. Achei o hotel mais focado em estadia para casais. Não há tantas opções para as crianças.
