The shower was not clean, the toilet had crystallized urine on it the lid of the toilet was unclean, there was mold in various places in the ceiling of the bathroom. I have photos. I woke up to finding a adult size roach crawling on my nightstand, the entire flooring was dirty. I purchased cleaning products to clean and disinfect the room. I informed the male front desk clerk and he had no response at all and offered no resolutions.

The floors were dirty, no chair for the table and no microwave in the room. I know cleaning have a lot to do but it's still not excuse for how the rooms were
