Amazing experience at this hotel!! The people are friendly, the room was great, the pool was relaxing, and this hotel’s breakfast tasted delicious!! I love that they had food and drinks that I could eat! They had people with health issues, food allergies and food related health issues in mind with accommodations!! Room was nice. Waited hours to get in the pool or the hot tub due to there being a cheer competition. Paid for the breakfast and didn’t eat it because the lady working in the dining room was very rude. Yelling at my daughter in law about a food voucher that I was trying to hand her. Check in was okay besides the front desk lady was a little rude but I think it’s because of all the kids that were every where.

The room was perfect! What really stood out to me was the staff, in particular Natasha at the front desk was so nice super accommodating to me and my family. We booked here cause of the pool, and it ended up being closed, she helped me find another local hotel that allowed me and my kiddos to swim! She even gave us a breakfast voucher, and free drink! The most accommodating hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot.

EXCELLENT customer service. Prior to checkin, Natasha at front Desk let me know pool/hot tub were down. Then proceeded to help me find sister properties in area offering those amenities. Advised Expedia of issue, and offered to cancel or transfer reservation (Expedia declined😤) She was so gracious and helpful that we ultimately stayed there. Great IHG experience. Expedia, not so much.
